How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow us 3-4 business days to process your order! Shipping time depends on where you are on the globe & what product we are sending your way! All-n-all, we estimate it to take between 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive at your door step! You will be provided a tracking number at check out, so you will be able to watch your order come home, every step of the way! Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We handle returns and exchanges on a case to case basis. Just shoot us a email regarding your situation and we will work it out!

We want Unbound Spirit Co. to do a pop up at our event, sorority, or fundraiser! How do we set up?
YAY! Fill out a contact form and let us know all of the details! We love traveling and love events even more! As long as our schedule permits, we will be there!
Does Unbound Spirit Co. have a storefront?
Unfortunately, we do not :(
Luckily for you, we do travel a lot and would love to meet you! We also do pop ups in our town - Jackson, WY! DM us to see where we are!
How long does it take to hear back from customer service?
We get lots of emails and dms each week, and we get super busy living our unbound lives… If we do not answer you immediately, we will do our best to answer your questions between 2-3 days!
